Hello July!

I was instagramming. Saw this post about one of my favorite bloggers (a book blogger from Mumbai) welcoming July and that’s when I realized that half the year has swooshed past already. We are stepping into the second half of the year, so good luck to everyone. Hope there is lot of happiness and love and laughter. Of course then there would be winters and all the romance. The tiniest thought of Delhi winters gets me so whimsical and delirious.

Just when I thought it would be a perfect picture, old uncle had to photo bomb.

July has started on a positive note. I am planning to get back to watching MTV Unplugged videos and blogging. Blogging has been ignored somehow due to vacations and then vacation hangovers.

Vacation hangover be like!
I got back to online shopping in the starting of the month itself. I felt deprived of this happiness for the past month and now when I have ordered some pretty candles and a book from Amazon, I know what I was missing.
Hail online shopping! What were we all doing without you love???

Hoping that July also gets with itself some respite from this killing heat. Eagerly awaiting the monsoons.

There are also plans of visiting my new found favorite, Diggin – a quaint, pretty and epic cute café near Green Park. Spaghetti Carbonara (with Bacon…sluuurping) and that heavenly Tiramisu need to be devoured again. Some book café dates would also be highly appreciated – bae are you reading this.

Bacon and Spaghetti = बोहत ज़्यादा ख़ुशी
Prettiness is this!

And one of my bff is getting engaged, so lot of prepping up for that. New sareee, yaaayyy! The other bff is flying down from Hyderabad which means catching up after 2 years and reminiscing respective love life, controversies and college memories.

I am dedicating July for ‘Kindle Reading’. Many of YAs and other books from my ‘to-be-read’ list need my love and attention. In short I mean my July is totally ‘book’ed. (Cliché line, but I love it).

You know it’s going to be a good month when you begin it with your favorite bunch of people around and discussing life goals after Vodka shots. I loouuu cozy family dinners; of course with a hint of bitchy gossiping session!

I wish all of you a wonderful July. Cheers…
