April Favorites
Hi
everyone!
I
am back with the monthly favorites post. Strangely there wasn’t a long list of
products to choose from.
Here are the top 5 products I loved all though April.

- Sugar
Cosmetics Lip Crayon
Matte
lipsticks are such a rage these days. I am a total matte lipstick lover.
If you are looking for a bright poppy lipstick then Sugar Cosmetics Matte as Hell Lip Crayon is the answer. I have Mary Poppins (02) and it is the perfect dupe for Mac – Flat Out Fabulous.
It is a beautiful fuchsia color with cool blue undertones. Will complement all skin tones very well. Although it is matte, but it will not dry your lips. The formulation is creamy so it glides like a dream. Comes with a sharpener.

Sadly,
it won’t survive a meal, but because the color pay off is amazing it stains
your lips very well.
- Plum
Hand Cream
Plum Goodness has become one of my favorite brands in the last couple of months. I love
their products and recently discovered this amazing Choco Latte Smudge-Free
hand cream.
All through April I loved it. It is non-sticky, gets absorbed really easily without leaving any residue and moisturizes really nicely. Smells of chocolate, what else can you ask for!!

- The
Body Shop Shower Gel
TBS
Virgin Mojito shower gel is so good, that you’d actually want to mix it with
vodka and sip it…Smells so fresh – lime and mint, the perfect amalgamation for
summers. It is soap free cleansing, the formulation is great and it is quite
affordable.
The
only thing I don’t like is that the fragrance does not linger on. As compared
to the other shower gels I’ve used (Satsuma and Strawberry) this one has a
milder fragrance.

I
have this wallet since a long time, but have used it a lot in April. Love the
color and the ethnic design. Its compact so easily fits in the handbag.
The
good thing is that the wallet comes with a chain sling, so you can also carry
it like a sling bag. The quality is amazing and there are a lot of designs on
the website. Go check it out… Go check it out!
- Falling
Into Place
April
was the most disappointing in terms of reading. The Don Tillman Series (The
Rosie Project and The Rosie Effect) were such a bummer, 2nd book
especially. I haven’t disliked a book this much in the recent past.
Falling
Into Place by Amy Zhang quite made up for the sadness.
It is a young adult (YA)
book. The story is clichéd but the writing style is fresh and humorous. It inspires
you to keep going and not to lose hope. Not all friendships remain the same,
buy you are lucky to have friends who you can cry with.
The
book has a very ‘If I Stay – Gayle Forman’ vibe. If I Stay was way more
powerful and wrenching than this.
I
hope you have a great week ahead! See you soon…
