Puppychino Love

Hi everyone!

Last month I visited the happiest place ever and I am grateful that work takes me to such happy places. Puppychino is Delhi’s first dog café, located in Shahpur Jat. I was lucky enough to visit the café and be showered with sloppy kisses and lots of puppy love.

The feeling of inevitable warmth and incessant joy you get at Puppychino cannot be put to words. Being greeted by doggie cuddles and happy faces is the happiest thing. You’ll be welcomed by Simba, the husky; Bobo, the Labrador and Bumper, the little fur ball Labrador.

Whether you’re having a bad day or just need some time off, Puppychino is the place to be. You can play around with a happy bunch of dogs, relish yummy delights and just make life happier.

Some people might be a little skeptical about so many dogs being together. I was also intrigued by this idea. But as Nayani says, ‘they do just fine’. I’ve been to the café twice and it was all okay. The dogs were happy to be playing and jumping around.

The best part about the café is that they have a specialized dog menu. Delicious cupcakes, pizza, pancakes and the all time favorite – pupsicle!! When Romeo loves the peanut butter cupcakes you know they are really good.  And I lovvveee the bacon risotto and the delectable chicken sandwich.

Good food, doggie love, and happy vibes...

It’s an amazing experience to meet fellow pet parents and Nayani Tandon is one such person. Owner of the café and a crazy doggie girl, just like me, she is adorbs. It’s her unconditional love for dogs that inspired her to open a dog café. 

‘I wanted a place where people could come with their dogs and just chill without the worry of the world’ she said. Nayani’s close friends Nitin Rana helps her manage the café and let me give you an insight, if you need to befriend the doggies, he is the man to catch hold of. A favorite among the guests and all the doggies alike.

Just in case you are thinking it is all fun and games, let me correct you. There is some serious stuff also happening. From dog behavior workshops conducted by experts, to adoption drives, Puppychino hosts a variety of interesting events.

Trust me when I say that you can spend hours at the café, playing with Simba, cuddling Bobo and admiring cuteness overload of tiny Bumper. Nayani and Nitin will be perfect hosts!
